Beginning Band
This is where the rubber meets the road. All that work on your own has been leading to this--PLAYING IN A BAND! Our bands are grouped by genre (rock, alternative, metal, tejano, jazz, R&B, blues, brass, country, etc.) so you'll be learning to play the music you love.We teach you the nuts and bolts of how to play in a band. We emphasize respectful communication and cooperation and we make sure each lesson is fun. (Note: Beginning Band musicians must know all five open chords A, E, D, C and G).

Intermediate Band
After mastering the basics, most musicians want to turn it up a notch. In Intermediate Band we keep it fun, AND we introduce more challenging material. We may even work on some original songs if someone in your band is writing songs. (Note: Intermediate Band musicians must know all five open chords A, E, D, C and G, plus the E form bar chords and pentatonic scale).

Advanced Band
In Advanced Band, musicians will work on refining musicianship and performance techniques. These are the headline acts that will be featured at iJam Music School concerts. (Note: Advanced Band musicians must know all chord forms open and bar, major and minor scales, pentatonic scale)

Open Jam!
NEW! iJam Music School will soon introduce OPEN JAM! for those students who want some extra jam time with their bandmates and friends. During OPEN JAM!, we provide supervision without unsolicited instruction. We invite students to bring a friend to join in the fun (signed parental permission is required) . Rehearsal stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. And all behavioral rules must be followed.

Beginning Group Instrument Lessons
This class is for new musicians on a budget. Learn your instrument with others at the same level. We currently have group classes for guitar, drums, bass guitar, keyboards, vocals, and brass instruments.

Private Lessons
If you'd like some private tutoring, we have instructors for guitar, drums, bass guitar, keyboards, vocals, and brass instruments.

Management/Promotions
iJam Music School provides management consultations to help students develop promotional campaigns and marketing strategies for their bands. This is the part most bands struggle with. We're here to help.

Workshops/Clinics
iJam Music School presents periodic workshops and clinics for musicians of all levels. Topics include Drumming and Percussion, Songwriting, Performance Techniques and much more. We welcome all suggestions for new workshops.
